We are pleased to announce that as from 1st April, Alistair Walters joined the partnership. Alistair specialises in commercial litigation, bankruptcy/restructuring and regulatory matters and is a past president of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association.

We are pleased to have been able to participate in the preparation of the section covering the relevant law and practice in Cayman Islands. In the "Which Law Firm" section of the Handbook, Campbells is recommended for restructuring and insolvency work and in the "Which Lawyer" section, partner Ross McDonough is highly recommended in this field.
