This local firm has a reputation for high quality and professionalism, with peers saying: "The team does a very good job for its clients." Highlights include cases on and off-island, including unique matters that set precedents in Cayman law. Ross McDonough is widely regarded as "a great advocate" and a fine rainmaker, and he handles many commercial disputes, insolvencies and trust-related issues. Alistair Walters is the managing partner, and he successfully balances his responsibilities with a still-impressive caseload. Shaun McCann is especially visible for on-island work. He is well established and has a solid market reputation. Sources describe Kirsten Houghton as "straight, professional and pleasant to deal with," and have high hopes for her future.
