We are pleased to announce that William Chisholm has joined Campbell Corporate services Ltd as its new Managing Director. William Chisholm received his B. Sc. In Accounting in 1982 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB) in 1984. William Chisholm has extensive experience in the Cayman Islands financial industry and is accustomed to dealing with high net worth trust, corporate and mutual fund clients. Prior to joining Campbell Corporate Services Ltd, William set up and managed a mutual fund administration company providing full accounting and shareholder services. His role also involved, implementing policies, procedures, systems and controls, launching 23 funds including equity funds, bond funds, fund of funds, and hedge funds, managing $800 million in assets and merging and liquidating various fund structures.
William is also fluent in Spanish.

On 16 June, Campbells hosted a seminar for local insolvency and re-structuring practitioners on the new Chapter 15, US Bankruptcy Code. The seminar was given by Rodolfo (Rudy) Pittaluga, Jr. a partner in the law firm of Holland & Knight. Mr Pittaluga and heads Holland & Knight’s South Florida creditors rights and bankruptcy practice. Te seminar was well attended and was chaired by Campbells partner Alistair Walters. A copy of the presentation can be provided upon request.
