Campbell Corporate Services Limited ("CCSL") is a Cayman Islands company licensed to carry on the business of company management. CCSL currently provides the registered office for and manages over 1500 Companies.

• incorporation of companies
• formation of limited partnerships;
• maintaining registered offices;
• drafting and sending out notices of meetings;
• keeping statutory records including drafting minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders, updating registers of members, directors and officers and registers of charges;
• issuing and cancelling share certificates;
• filing annual returns, special resolutions and notices of change of directors etc;
• co-ordination and supervision of directors and shareholders meetings;
• renewal of local licences such as trade and business licences, bank licences, aircraft registration etc;
• supervision of local bank accounts;
• accounting services; and,
• acting as custodian for bearer shares.

In addition to the above, CCSL, through its subsidiaries, Campbell Directors Limited, Campbell Secretaries Limited and Campbell Nominees Limited, can provide nominee shareholders and, in certain circumstances, nominee directors. Campbell Secretaries Limited will usually be appointed to the office of Company Secretary or Assistant Secretary for the purpose of sending out notices and filing documentation with the Registrar of Companies, and providing general secretarial services.

William Chisholm received his B.Sc. In Accounting in 1982 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB) in 1984. William has extensive experience in Cayman Islands financial industry and is accustomed to dealing with high net worth trust, corporate and mutual fund clients. Prior to joining Campbell Corporate Services Ltd, William set up and managed a mutual fund administration company providing full accounting and shareholder services. His role also involved, implementing policies, procedures, systems and controls, launching 23 funds including equity funds, bond funds, fund of funds, and hedge funds, managing $800 million in assets and merging and liquidating various fund structures.

William is also fluent in Spanish.
